Full Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can utilise your excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - customer service experience is ideal

  • Ability to communicate and listen effectively

  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry, Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • - Basic maths skills for processing payments and calculating discounts
    - Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required
    - Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
    - Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    - Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
    - Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)

    Your role in a nutshell

    To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
