Development Chemist

Join our growing team! We are seeking a passionate Development Chemist to join our team in Hastings and play a key role in bringing new products to market. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to all stages of the development process, from initial formulation design to sample preparation for customer evaluation. You will work closely with the Head of Technical to ensure our product offerings meet regulatory requirements, leverage cutting-edge raw materials, and stay ahead of the curve in process development.

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field


• Demonstrable experience in a similar labaratory-based, product development role


• Proficiency in a variety of laboratory techniques and instrumentation


• Product development experience from the personal care industry


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety assessments for personal care products


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting research and collaboration
