Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital experiences that meet our clients' needs. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages to bring designs to life
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visually appealing designs
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Telerik
- Familiarity with Python and SQL for backend development is a plus
- Understanding of usability principles and best practices in web design
- Knowledge of responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal user experience across devices
- Experience with React or other JavaScript frameworks is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
