Full Job Description

Customer facing at the front desk.

Answering calls and following through on any queries resulting from the calls.

Data entry on a bespoke inhouse system, checking own work to ensure that all details of the tickets are accurate before passing the job confirmation back to the customer.

Using a pricing matrix to reconcile and ensure the correct charges have been applied to the tickets from the previous day.

Responding to emails, emailing spreadsheets to clients daily/weekly.

Ordering of stationery and office supplies.

Cleaning and replenishing of vending machine.

Any ad-hoc duties to assist the day-to-day running of the office.

All training will be provided but some previous admin experience would be preferred.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our small friendly office team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail., Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
