Full Job Description

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will develop the company's Affiliate and Marketplace strategy in line with the wider marketing and company objectives. Manage external agencies and partners and take ownership of end to end processes to plan, direct and coordinate campaigns and day to day activities within the Affiliate and Marketplace channels.
At Toolstation we prioritise providing an ideal work environment. This role offers a hybrid working. We meet once or twice per month as a team and also maintain three UK hubs to facilitate more frequent hybrid collaboration.

Day to Day:

Relationship building. The ability to develop business relationships is essential in this role. You'll be working closely with the wider marketing team as well as external stakeholders in order to recruit affiliates and to manage and develop existing key affiliate relationships.

Taking the lead. You'll be responsible for leading the Affiliate and Marketplace strategy as well as developing effective programmes and campaigns.

Analysing Performance. You'll be reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders including competitive landscape and KPIs. You'll be responsible to utilise channel analysis and insight to improve marketplace and affiliate performance to drive sales and return on investment.

Optimising Opportunities. This role is all about identifying new opportunities! You'll optimise exposure opportunities through the identification, research and recruitment of new affiliates and partners as well as maximising online listings on a variety of marketplace platforms.

Communication and Support. A key part of your role will be to work with Content Managers to develop SEO-rich content for Marketplaces, ensuring the content is on-brand, delivering the correct messages and in-line with the brand communication strategies

Manage and Maintain agency and key partner relationships, staying abreast of industry trends and latest products/tools
