Assistant Manager

We are looking for individuals who can help us achieve this. The role will involve working to help to ensure quality and service and "thinking on your feet" in making decisions for the well being of the store. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but a catering back ground will be of an advantage.

What we are looking for:

Working with the Store Manager you will show an ability to display leadership skills and coordinate a team in the Store Managers absence. Be able to deal with customers and to help provide excellent quality food and service. Good with numeracy, flexible, hard working and always leading by example.

The Job Involves:

Dealing with customers.

Preparing quality raw products for sales such as fish and potatoes, this requires regularly lifting 25kg Sacks.

Limited Book Work

Helping to train new employees.

Cooking quality food as well as serving customers.

Ensuring a high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times to EHO standard.

Taking charge of the team when the manager is not on site, days off and holidays.

Sometimes working in another local store will be required so FULL DRIVING LICENCE and own transport essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.84 per hour,
