Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, passionate and supportive team, where you can use your skills to support Veterans? Would you like to join our expanding and evolving Op Courage Integrated Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service to provide high intensity evidence-based psychological interventions? Are you a practitioner psychologist/psychological therapist with trauma experience?

Op Courage SW works with Dorset NHSFT, Walking with the Wounded and Combat Stress to enhance and not replace existing services to meet the needs of UK Veterans in the counties of Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Swindon, Wiltshire and Dorset., The successful applicant will provide specialist assessments, formulations and evidence-based psychological interventions, following NICE guidance, to include but not limited to CBT, Trauma Focused-CBT and/or EMDR.

Where appropriate, you will be involved in consultation and liaison with multidisciplinary mental health staff, third-sector agencies and other, non-professional carers. Travel is required to meet the needs of the service and will be factored into your job plan.
