Full Job Description
- Actively contact customers and new leads via phone and email.
- Demonstrates bathroom and plumbing product knowledge.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to sales and service.
- Generates new leads by meeting new customers and contractors.
- Meets with suppliers regularly.
- Accountable for the bathroom showroom area keeping the area clean, tidy and up to date.
- Prepared to work on a busy trade counter to support the branch team when required.
- Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers.
- Always puts customer service first.
