Work as a member of a named Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT). Assist the CLDT Managers in the management of health staff, specifically through day to day operational and clinical management, where appropriate, contributing to staff appraisal and continuing professional development. Work with the Area Team Manager to deliver a service which is soundly evidence based, has a reputation for quality and ensures that all available resources are utilised and within budget.
