We have an exciting career opportunity for a forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacist in Primary Care., As a prescriber in this role, you'll have the unique chance to establish pharmacist-led chronic disease clinics and actively support the multi-disciplinary team in conducting medication reviews. Your patient-centred approach will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and supporting the year-of-care initiative. To support your professional growth, we strongly encourage research to enhance clinical practice and maintain outstanding standards.
At West End Medical Centre, we take pride in being a Pharmacy Training Site, providing you with the opportunity to mentor and support Trainee Pharmacists, Pharmacy Students, and Pre-registration Pharmacy Technicians alongside our dedicated Medicines Management Team.
