East Kent Colleges Group are seeking a College Services Assistant at EKC Ashford Collge.
As a College Services Assistant you will provide effective and efficient administration as part of the College Support Services team.

In the role of College Services Assistant your role responsibilities will also include assisting with the processing of enrolments, timetabling, registers, applications, exams, bursary and internal and external enquiries., We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant to our team. At the heart of the College, the team are based in an open office so you will need to have the ability to focus on tasks alongside answering calls and dealing with queries. Your duties will be varied and will involve working with staff, students and outside stakeholders, excellent customer service is therefore essential.

The team are responsible for all incoming curriculum applications for the following academic year and current short courses.

There will also be various processes within the college that you will be involved in including, the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records and exams. Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.
