Join our team! Our vans operation is rapidly expanding and we're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our business, based at our Ipswich site.

This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day:

  • Focus on providing high-quality customer service

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers

  • Drafting communications for both postal and emails, organising the repair and service of our fleet

  • Other general administration.
