You will be responsible for supporting their development and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.

- Work alongside parents and guardians to share information about children's development and address any concerns or questions

- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or accidents that occur

- Craete positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the care and education of young children

- Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of children in your care

- Continuously update your knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities

Experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood education setting is preferred but we would consider someone who doesn't have experience but is willing to learn.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

- A recognised qualification in childcare or early childhood education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is preferred but we would consider someone who doesn't have a qualification but is willing to learn.

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively

If you are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to young children, we would love to hear from you.
