Engineering Operative Apprentice (Apprenticeship)

Engineers are responsible for maintaining and improving our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and processes by designing and producing high specification tools, developing automation and special purpose machinery which help to make our world-leading products. Our engineering apprenticeship programme is designed to develop and deliver a pipeline of highly skilled PECO engineers for the future. You will learn on-the-job from our in-house industry experts using the latest 'high tech' software and machinery to help your development and progress. You will be assigned a manager and a mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship. They will ensure you gain the right experience and skills, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification, with both local and remote learning. We partner with local colleges to ensure your Apprenticeship is delivered to required national standards.

Training
You will attend Exeter College 2 days a week and learn whilst on the job.

Qualifications required
Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE's
