Full Job Description

Join us as an ESM Distribution Liaison Partner and play a pivotal role in setting up distribution flows for ESM, both for Supply to Customer and Establish New Supply to Customers. You will be working in a global environment, collaborating closely with various teams to manage distribution setup and changes in distribution channels or transport modes. This is your chance to break new ground and leave a collective legacy in our Operations team!

Accountabilities:

As an ESM Distribution Liaison Partner, you will support the Establish New Supply to Customer process by setting up distribution master data and ensuring all aspects of the distribution flows are put in place. You will participate in the Supply to Customer process within ESM by managing activities associated with enabling successful distribution of material to customers. You will also work actively with Lean tools specific to Problem solving such as; Level Zero, Practical Problem Solving, Six Sigma to work through issues.

You will be the main point of contact for Global Logistics into ESM and vice-versa; ensuring new routes are set up in good time, to your key business partners requirements and that all key distribution master data is set up and maintained accurately. You will also play a key role in the quarterly & annual freight budget cycles.

  • Education requirements: A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be taken into account.

  • Distribution & Logistics knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience working in Supply Chain / Distribution / Transport / Warehouse / Operations Environments

  • Experience in defining new processes and seeking to continuously improve existing processes

  • Comfortable handling challenging key business partners, setting expectations and having direct conversations

  • Excellent communication and team working skills

  • Experience in issue management and proactive project involvement.
