Full Job Description

Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, excavating, and backfilling
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Previous experience in construction or a related field is required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery such as excavators or loaders is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time,

  • Construction: 10 years (required)

  • Groundwork: 5 years (required)


    • Licence/Certification:
  • NPORS or CPCS (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (required)
