Job Summary: We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team in providing exceptional guest service and enhancing the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements - Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations where necessary - Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience - Ensure adherence to food safety standards during food preparation and service - Assist in basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen when required - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak service periods efficiently Experience: - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous - Basic maths skills for processing orders and
