Food and Beverage Supervisor

Working closely with the Hotel Operations Manager you will ensure a high standard of customer service and ensuring our team deliver a great experienced to all our guests., · Assisting the Hotel Operations Manager with recruitment and selection of Food & Beverage team members

· Training new and existing team members to deliver excellent customer service, providing feedback and support as required.

· Be able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Lounge, Banqueting and Room Service

· Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the Food & Beverage areas.

· Taking responsibility for the float, payments and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.

· To assist in the planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure its smooth running of the department.

· Working closely with the Hotel Operations Manager to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times.

· Attending meetings as required

· Participating in the Duty Manager rota as required.

· Supervisory experience in hospitality with proven experience within a Food & Beverage, ideally within a hotel/quality establishment

· Passion for food and drink and excellent attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards.

· Outstanding customer service skills

· You will enjoy chatting to our guests, offering help and assistance,

· You will be great at multi-tasking and be efficient at solving guest enquiries and all with a smile and your infectious personality.

This position is based outside Conwy. Access to own transport is desirable or a reliable lift as location is serviced by limited public transport.,
