Full Job Description
- Officiate 6-a-Side football matches in a fair and impartial manner.
- Ensure that all games adhere to league rules and regulations.
- Manage player behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
- Maintain a confident and authoritative presence on the field.
- Communicate effectively with players, team captains, and league organizers.
Previous refereeing experience is desirable but not essential. - Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and assertive demeanor.
- Ability to commute to Oakengates Lesiure Centre on Sunday evenings.
