Grounds Maintenance Operative / Handy person

Covering a variety of duties such as general ground maintenance including but not limited to:

Grass cutting

Weed control (Including use of weed control products)

Hedge trimming

Duties will include general building maintenance including but not limited to

1. Basic level in spoken and written English

2. Be able to work in both hot and cold environments

3. A good work ethos, and a flexible working approach to tasks and hours

4. The ability to manage their own time effectively to achieve daily tasks and targets within a small team

5. Experience working in an industrial maintenance environment

6. A basic understanding of general maintenance tasks

7. Experience in the use of grounds maintenance equipment, Lawn mower, hedge trimmer

8. Experience with hand tools
