Gym Manager

As the Operator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our small group personal training studio, which serves up to 130 members. You will build community, ensure operational excellence, and drive business success. Responsibilities also include leading several personal training sessions weekly and covering additional coaching duties as needed, especially during team member absences., Build a community of 70 members pre-launch, reaching 110 members within six months and 130 members within two years, fostering a supportive and cared-for environment.

- Lead and develop a team of two coaches, ensuring exceptional customer service that transforms members' lives.

- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, equipment inventory, and general gym maintenance.

- Consistently apply and refine marketing and sales strategies with support from Totalfit UK.

- Coach small group personal training sessions, adapting to varying fitness levels and member needs.

Can work in either North Hove, Burgess Hill, Lewes, or Horsham.

- Proven experience in gym or fitness center management, including hands-on experience in scheduling, marketing, and sales.

- A minimum of two years of coaching experience in a fitness or wellness environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a small team.

- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in using gym management software and tools for efficient operations.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with significant decision-making responsibilities.

- Must be happy, hungry, and humble, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Legally entitled to work in the UK.

We are currently expanding into a multi-site operation across the UK, with our choice of locations being influenced by the preferred sites of our candidates. Starting with seven sites in Sussex, we are also planning for national and international expansion.

Our newest Personal Training Gyms are set to open in North Hove, Burgess Hill, Lewes, and Horsham.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
