Full Job Description

Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, this exciting new role is responsible for the development and delivery of our revenue operation function across the group.

We want to be known for a world class commercial function, and to do that we need to build and develop best in class processes, systems and reporting. You'll have autonomy to bring amazing ideas to the table and enable our commercial organisation to exceed their goals and significantly contribute to positive business and customer outcomes.

This is a global role; you'll be part of a highly acquisitive culture with a business focused on an accelerated growth trajectory whilst also mindful of the global ESG agenda.

Specific Responsibilities

  • The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.

  • Ensure the TXO way of selling process is adhered to across all markets.

  • Quickly identify opportunities to improve our existing processes, saving the team time through automating key actions and generally enabling us to work faster.

  • Ensuring that our commercial processes and plans are fully aligned with our commercial strategy, making us as efficient and focused as possible.

  • Pipeline analysis, identifying trends, and generating insight to inform our commercial decisions.

  • Lead the weekly sales trading meeting to drive performance vs target, providing meaningful insight and analysis to the TXO Exco as required.

  • Own the rolling 3 month sales forecast process across all sales markets.

  • Develop, implement and report on group wide sales incentive schemes that motivate, drive performance and align to the wider TXO group goals.

  • Lead on commercial budget process, including target setting and rollout.

  • Go to market analysis to support commercial strategy.

  • Owning and consistently improving our CRM design and data, ensuring that this tool fully supports the productivity, strategic decision making and overall success of TXO's commercial function.

  • Drive revenue and GP growth by increasing sales through supporting group marketing activities and focused delivery.

  • Partnering with different business functions and other areas of the business to create a harmonised approach.

  • Delivering robust reporting and forecasting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer and commercial management team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. This will include commercial presentation for SMT, Exco and group shareholder board meetings.

    Passion for telecoms industry, especially the circular economy and ESG.

  • Experience of developing and leading a Sales/Revenue operations function in a telecoms or technology organisation.

  • Highly motivated with an outstanding record of professional achievement.

  • Commercial acumen and a passion for data.

  • Challenger mindset, always looking to ask 'why?' drive improvement.

  • Natural problem solver who brings energy and enthusiasm to your role, keen to make an impact at TXO and add value from day one.

  • Extensive CRM design and management experience (HubSpot a bonus!).

  • Expert in designing processes and delivering reporting.

  • Data-driven with excellent commercial awareness, you thrive at applying insights to improve organisational decision making.

  • Analytical skillset, you're comfortable using CRM and business data to generate key findings for the business.

  • Great EQ, with an ability to building relationships across the group to deliver aligned outcomes.

  • Enjoy a fast paced, a high-change environment and don't rely on structure / hierarchy to get things done.
