Home Care Assistant

Wee are seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to an individual in the comfort of his own home. As a key member of our team you will assist him with daily tasks, offer companionship, and ensure their well being while fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibillites:

1.Assist the service user with personal care tasks including daily showing, grooming and dressing

2. Engage the service user in meaningful conversations and activities, fostering companionship and emotional support.

3. Accompany the service user on outings and holidays.

3. Cary out all complex need tasks for which you'll receive full training for.

4. Keep detailed records of care provided and report any changes in the service users condition to the appropriate person.

4. You will be working on a 2:1 staffing ratio and will be working either 3 12.5 hour days or 3 nights on a rotational basis.

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
