Full Job Description

We're delighted to be recruiting for a part time Housing Partnership Assistant to join our Housing Partnership Office team!

This is an exciting role that will be based from our Yeovil office but you will expected to travel to other offices for activities such as monthly Team meetings and training.

This role will be for 22 hours per week on a Wednesday, Thursday and a full day on a Friday.

As a Housing Assistant you will provide administrative support to both our Office and Field Based Housing Partners in the delivery of a proactive and effective housing management service.

You will be a positive team player that has the ability to work under pressure always demonstrates Abri's values in all that they do.

You will be confident in having conversations with our customers, suppliers, and internal teams here at Abri, by telephone and through digital channels and a can-do attitude that takes ownership with a will to achieve positive outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, and customer-focused individual looking to begin or develop their career in Housing Management.

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers. Silva Homes joined Abri in October 2023 making the group a financially stronger and more resilient organisation.
