Full Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Manager, the IT Training Manager will lead, drive, implement and sustain a programme of digital skills development and digital mentoring for the University's staff and students. They will work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers and customers to understand their needs and develop a training programme which best meets their needs. They will also recommend, design and implement training solutions that support the University's Digital Transformation projects.
The IT Training Manager will have a focus on improving student experience and business performance, by the correct use of digital tools, throughout the organisation and to help influence a cultural shift around the use of technology.
Overall, the IT Training Manager plays a critical role in empowering employees with the digital skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's technology-driven workplace. By designing and delivering high-quality training programs, they contribute to the University's strategic aims.
