Key Holder Supervisor in an ICE CREAM SHOP

We are seeking a dedicated Key Holder Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, open and close, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive working environment., Oversee day-to-day store operations including open and close in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

MUST be available to work Sundays and Thursdays, school holidays, bank holidays, mornings and evenings.
