Lettings Negotiator

Office location is the picturesque village of Devoran where we are ideally located to look after our managed portfolio within Truro, Falmouth and the surrounding villages.

This role will be varied - the main duties you will be responsible for are:

Dealing with property enquiries.

Carrying out viewing appointments.

Communicating with new and existing landlords and tenants.

Carrying out our routine property inspections.

Dealing with reported property maintenance issues.

Working with and supporting our end of tenancy process team.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Letting Negotiator - experience is not essential as training will be provided., This position is full time Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm but must be flexible according to the business needs. Must hold a full driving licence and your own car is essential.
