Join us as a Marketing Executive at Mobell, where you'll be more than just a team member-you'll be a vital contributor to our success.

In this dynamic role, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, each day bringing something new. Your efforts will directly influence the growth and direction of the Mobell brands - and in turn, the impact we make with our charities.

Be ready to make an impact and watch your ideas come to life in a collaborative and supportive environment., The primary responsibility of the Marketing Executive is work across the marketing mix as part of a multi-skilled, multi-national team, with a strong focus on creating great content and will include:

· Creating engaging visual content for brands across the Mobell group, primarily using Adobe Creative Suite.

· Working within existing brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

· Being a part of developing Mobell brands' visual identities.

· Using both your own written skills and leveraging AI tools, write content that engages its' target audience and aligns with SEO best practices.

· Managing Mobell brands' WordPress sites, taking the lead in keeping blogs and support sites up to date.

· Taking charge of Mobell brands' social content calendars, creating content to engage and interest Mobell's audiences.

· Keeping abreast of developments in social media, identifying opportunities for growth and developing our presence on untapped platforms.

· Managing paid social campaigns to drive sales.

· Using analytics platforms to report on Mobell brands' digital marketing performance, identifying trends and showcasing new opportunities.

· Working alongside the team to devise A/B tests to continually improve the performance of Mobell's ecommerce sites.

. Affiliate program administration; affiliate liaison, engagement and support.

· 2+ years working in marketing.

· Experience of working across the marketing mix, with expertise in content creation, CMS management, and social media

· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with strong experience of creating visual assets for digital and print media

· Excellent track record of producing written content for marketing, with a proven experience of working within brand tone of voice guidelines

· Experience using Mailchimp to create engaging email content and landing pages

· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

· Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
