We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Notes Summariser to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Summarising and interpreting relevant code information from patient clinical records, using the practice clinical record management system.
Culling and sorting patient records and letters in preparation for summarizing, while reviewing medical histories and producing accurate summaries.

• Extensive experience carrying out Medical Notes Summarizing duties within a GP Surgery, Medical Practice, or a similar healthcare setting.


• Proficiency in using practice clinical record management systems, EMIS Web, and Docman.


• Possession of a valid Smart card and NHS Email address.


• We will be looking for part-time and full-time help in this role.
