They are currently seeking a dynamic MFL Teacher proficient in Spanish or French to join their thriving Modern Foreign Languages department. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and challenging language instruction to Key Stages 3 and 4 students, instilling a deep appreciation for language learning and cultural awareness.

Your Role:

- Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish or French lessons tailored to students' diverse needs.
- Utilise innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and success in language learning.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and collaboration.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive schemes of work, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers through effective communication and involvement.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching credential.
- Degree in Spanish, French, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish or French at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a track record of student success.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for language teaching and cultural exchange.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
