Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias

We are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer Supervisor - Electrical Bias to work within our clients high tech facility to provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines and to supervise Mitie procured sub contractors whilst on site. Reactive and pro-active maintenance is an integral part of the role to ensure compliance and meet with our operational requirements.

Job Purpose

Undertake maintenance and reactive activity to a wide range of Electrical Building Services equipment including but not limited to LV systems, general lighting, building controls, small power and distribution, BMS systems and other equipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises.

To manage your own day to day activities including the management of specialist subcontractors whilst they are on site. To undertake weekend/out of hours working to complete intrusive maintenance activities that cannot be undertaken in client operating hours.

We are looking for : NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance, IOSH Passport or CSCS Card, 2 years experience in electrical building services and plant engineering,Must be able to pass SC security clearance.
