Full Job Description
You will liaise with our customers and Engineers to ensure we book pre-planned and reactive servicing work in advance and attend within a timely manner. You will also be part of a busy team ensuring that all follow up work is completed. Dealing with generic enquiries and liaising with the wider team will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for a capable and customer focused Administrator to join our team based in Brighton. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience working within a busy office environment looking for an opportunity working in a great team environment.,
- Previous experience within an office environment essential
- Administration experience essential
- Accounts or Insurance based experience preferred
- Resilient and able to adapt
- Customer focused, enthusiastic and a confident communicator
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Competent IT skills and keyboard skills with the ability to multi-task
- Great administrative and organisational ability
- Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised, Customer service (office based): 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 3 years (required)
