We're seeking a motivated individual to pioneer a new role aimed at supporting our business leads and bringing our reporting, finance and legal processes into one place.Reporting directly to our Global Head based in London, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative operations across multiple clients.Responsibilities:Financial Management: Take charge of our financial processes, from invoicing to liaising with finance departments. You'll ensure adherence to internal and external company processes, meticulously tracking every transaction.Client and Publicis Finance Systems: Skillfully navigate purchase order creation, invoicing, and third-party supplier payments through our finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.Legal Compliance: Uphold the rules of engagement in all statements of work and supplier contracts. Collaborate with legal
teams on contractual negotiations and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Resource Tracking: Keep a close eye on resources and profitability, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing our operational efficiency.Monthly Reporting: Provide regular reports on the revenue pipeline, client profitability, and project status to management, delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Skills and Experience:Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail is a must-have.Financial Reporting: Proficiency in financial reporting is essential.Excel Wizardry: Excel skills are key, including data manipulation, formula use, and data analysis.Software Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce, Altair, BQMS, Monday.com, and MX Maintenance would be advantageous.Proactive and organised: We are looking for someone who is able to manage their workload, work across multiple teams and put in processes to ensure
