Quality Inspector

Main Purpose of Job: CMM Quality Inspector
You will perform mechanical inspection, document inspection results, input data into quality database, in line with company directives (BMS) and customer requirements. Inspection of high end finished products.

Quality Inspector Responsibilities

Inspect CNC machined components

Create FAIR reports

First off inspection

Visually inspect high Quality finished parts to detailed customer Quality requirements

Ensuring Scrap notes are correctly put into data base

Knowledge of customers and suppliers Nonconformities (NCR's)

Emailing FAI Reports to the relevant companies

Document actions by completing production and quality forms and procedures.

Fully skilled and able to inspect machined parts, working to tight aerospace tolerances

Experienced in the use of standard measuring equipment and processes (Mic's, Verniers callipers, Thread gauges, manual CMM ect)

Excellent communication skills and organisational skills

Quality Inspection experience

Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings

AS9100 preferred but no essential

Environmental background but not essential

Working Knowledge of MS office

Responsible and Trustworthy
