Full Job Description

As a R&D Junior Associate you will work within a dynamic and high performing team on delivering compliance projects associated with the throat portfolio, by taking the role of technical project lead. This role will mainly focus on coordinating R&D activities required to support the implementation of projects, such as analytical method development, dossier renewals/variations, and ongoing resiliency of the portfolio.,

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and provide accurate technical support (analytical) for multiple product classifications: medical device/ general product/ monograph, to ensure all products are developed in-line with Reckitt global quality manuals and statutory quality requirements, particularly Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

  • Responsible for coordination of project resource, execution of analytical activities and interpretation of data.

  • Author & Review protocols, reports and required analytical documentation in line with current best practice and internal SOP requirements.

  • Support in solving complex technical problems using experience, knowledge, research, and advice.

  • Work with other teams globally across R&D, supply, quality and regulatory to ensure compliance projects are delivered on time and to a high quality, and any issues highlighted to key stakeholders in a timely manner.

    Degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry or Biological Science.

  • Desirable, but not essential, to have relevant experience of product development within an R&D Healthcare or FMCG or Medical Device environment.

  • Results orientated, self-motivated with an ability to evaluate and take risks.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask without compromising quality and delivery.

  • Strong intellectual curiosity ability to think out of the box.
