Full Job Description
- Facilitate tenancy renewals across our complete property portfolio covering Hamptons extensive network of Lettings Offices
- Contacting both Landlord and Tenant three months prior to a tenancies end date and effectively negotiating a tenancy renewal
- Provide tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements and following of Lettings` procedures
- Maximize the renewal conversion rate, and ensure cross referrals of potential business to other parts of the Group
- Ensure that internal procedures are followed and continuously support achievement of business growth goals
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service experience to join a fast paced team. Experience in lettings would be advantageous., Experience in Lettings or customer service based roles - Outstanding communication and customer service skills
