Full Job Description

Your role will drive extraordinary client retention rates within your accounts and foster relationships with your clients. As well as this, you'll be tasked with:

  • Managing a high volume of renewals per year.

  • Monitoring key metrics such as Revenue Retention, Account Retention, Seat Retention, and Average Renewal Cost/Margin.

  • Managing, quoting and closing software renewals across the Omniplex Learning Suite of Products (Articulate, Vyond, Guide, Docebo).

  • Being a point of contact for clients for any software renewal or add on queries

  • Quoting and negotiating on renewal costs and terms & conditions.

  • Collaborating with the Account Development Team and Strategic Sales Team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities at renewal.

  • Transitioning legacy clients onto our new terms and conditions at renewal.

  • Liaising with Sales Administrators to ensure renewal orders are placed successfully.

  • Sending confirmation to clients that their renewal has been actioned and processed.

  • Maintaining accurate client contact details and links them to renewal opportunities and accounts in Salesforce CRM.

  • Using Outreach for automate messaging to our existing client base regarding their renewals.

  • Building awareness of other solutions and services that Omniplex provide, to provide information to clients when requested.

  • Working with Account Development Team and Technical Support Team to help with client admin queries.

  • Successfully managing and growing customer accounts in a client-facing role.

  • Having experience in managing a significant volume of renewals or orders per year.

  • Being highly organised with a 'zero inbox mentality'.

  • Possessing excellent communication skills to build both external and internal relationships.

  • Experience in using CRM systems like Salesforce for effective client information management.

  • Having a results-driven mindset to enable you to consistently meet targeted metrics in your role.

  • Proficiency in building and expanding relationships within accounts to contribute to business growth.

  • A track record of identifying and leveraging cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
