Full Job Description

We are seeking a brilliant Customer Service Advisor to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday at our head office in Poundbury.

This telephone based (no selling) role is responsible for administering our award-winning Risk Improvement Assistance programme., Our dedicated and experienced Customer Service Advisors provide one to one, unscripted, knowledge based assistance via telephone and email. Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for our Risk Improvement Assistance Programme and their incredible customer care skills ensure that our clients fully understand what is required of them and why.

  • Candidates are required to have good IT skills, accurate typing skills and a desire to do the right thing for our clients.
