Due to our continued growth and success, Alide Hire Services have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional individual to join our team and fill the position of Sanitation Operative. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in the equipment hire industry and will play a key part in the day-to-day activity of the Operations department.

Alide Hire are looking for someone who is focussed, dedicated and enjoys building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Through proper management of equipment, personnel and processes, the successful candidate must ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with specifications and 'Good Practice' requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Sanitation Operative will be responsible for the daily cleaning, maintenance, delivery and collection of site welfare facilities on customer sites.

  • Organised and highly motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to follow instructions and interact with customers professionally and politely.

  • Tenacious and adaptable with a methodical approach to work.

  • Competent driver with good literacy and numeracy skills.
