Full Job Description
- Lead and inspire committed care assistants.
- Scheduled in an on-call rota, which is paid separately.
- Administer medication.
- Maintain clear and accurate records.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
- Provide personal care as and when needed.
- Adhere to clients' care plans and risk assessments.
- Assisting our residents as necessary.
NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care. - Medication Training.
- Previous experience working as a Senior Carer preferred.
- Friendly and personable., Dedicated with a passion for helping others.
- A warm, friendly and compassionate person who's as committed as we are.
- Excellent communication skills and a great team player.
- The ability to make responsible decisions that are always in the resident's interest.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Holmehurst Residential Home. This is a 19 bed residential care home and is privately owned. We have a dedicated team of staff on hand and are looking to expand. Our home is dedicated to providing a personal service. We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards of care.
