Site Agent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget., Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction-related issues
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries

Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using construction management software
