An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a developing team to support the supervision of firearms licensing caseworkers.

The supervisor will be responsible for a team of Caseworkers within the office, but provide overall support for supervisor tasks as required within the certification process, following legislation and Home Office Guidance. This will include Partial delegated Authority assigned by the Chief Constable to make decisions on behalf of the Chief in certain situations.

We are seeking a highly motivated, Supervisor with proven skills in supervising teams. Knowledge of firearms licensing is preferable, but not a barrier, as training on the system can be provided.
