- Provide emotional and practical support, household tasks, and social activities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with people we support, their families, and the wider support network.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for both people we support and staff.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our dynamic team in an outreach capacity, providing unwavering support to individuals within their own homes across the community. This role is pivotal in enhancing the lives of those we serve, offering tailored assistance that fosters independence, dignity, and well-being., A compassionate, patient, and resilient disposition. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
