Swim Teachers

We are looking to recruit qualified Swim Teachers to provide instruction of swimming or other associated aquatic activities to groups of pupils or individuals.

We have various posts available at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre, Grimsby Leisure Centre and Immingham Swimming Pool

We also have casual posts available at Grimsby Leisure Centre, Immingham Swimming Pool and Cleethorpes Leisure Centre.

All posts will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check., Duties will include:

• To provide instruction in line with the company's current Learn to Swim scheme as directed by the Customer Service Manager (Swim Lead).


• Assist in the set up and clear down of swim teaching stations, ensuring the safe handling of any equipment involved.


• Ensure relevant administration procedures are completed including registers, lesson plans, individual record of achievements and transfer forms. In addition carry out administration required to fulfill the National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
  
  Level 2 Swim Instructor qualification or equivalent.


• Experience working within a related swim teaching environment, including group and individual lesson delivery.


• Skills relevant to teaching all age ranges and abilities to swim and be safe within the water.
