Full Job Description

  • Technical Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve technical issues reported by users and new clients promptly and efficiently

  • Handle data files, perform data entry, and ensure accuracy in data manipulation processes for our clients

  • Delivery of Online Demos:

  • Conduct online demonstrations showcasing our new assessment products to prospective clients. Full product and sales training will be given

    We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Support Manager based in Warwick. The ideal candidate, who may be a recent graduate, will possess a strong technical background in web-based technology, basic programming skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with school leaders, administrators, and responding to sales inquiries while delivering impressive online demonstrations. Experience with school administrative systems, data management, and IT support operations will be advantageous. The successful candidate is likely to have a good degree in a technical subject such as computer science and a genuine interest in IT, looking for a rewarding career with an innovative ed tech company like iTRACK Education., Strong technical understanding of web-based technologies and Microsoft Office or Office 365

  • Basic programming skills (e.g., HTML/CSS, PHP, XLM, JSON, JavaScript) preferred

  • Good degree in a technical subject like computer sciences

  • Genuine interest in IT and technology, particularly within the education sector.

  • Understanding of knowledge bases or support centres to improve and enhance support

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting

  • Ability to communicate effectively with school leaders, teachers, administrators, and potential clients

  • Experience with school administrative systems (MIS) and data management is desirable

  • Knowledge of ticketing systems

  • Strong personal communication skills with a positive, self-starter, sales-oriented mindset

  • Ability to articulate and sell concepts and ideas effectively
