Full Job Description
- Lead on the safe get-in, operation and get-out of all productions and events.
- Design, set up, manage, and operate on events and productions as required by technical management, including, but not limited to Staging, Lighting, Sound and AV, and according to the requirements of the production or event.
- Liaise with productions and events as designated by the Technical Manager.
- Supply training to colleagues to ensure the safe operation of all technical equipment and stage engineering equipment.
A sound understanding of networking principles, setup, and equipment in relation to IT, Sound, Lighting and AV systems. - Knowledge of rigging and safe working practices
- Experience in the management of health and safety and knowledge of current legislation inc PUWER, LOLER, COSHH.
- The ability to organise and execute the planned and reactive maintenance of staging, loose theatrical equipment and facilities according to legislation and guidelines.
