About the Opportunity
This is a brand new opportunity to join our HR Team and assist with delivering the global reward strategy. You will be working closely with the Head of Reward on analysing market trends, ensuring compliance with law and legislations and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver the total reward strategy, whilst providing expert advice and guidance.
If you are looking to get involved in building and delivering something from the ground up, this might be the ideal next step for you! There will be a lot of projects to get stuck in.
We are looking for a strong contributor, excellent communication and people skills, and ability to analyse data.,

  • Lead cyclical activities including but not limited to annual salary review, Short-term and Long-Term incentive plans and ad hoc reward programs.

  • Supporting with the global mobility program and statutory reporting requirements relating to globally mobile employees.

  • Support regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders, third-party providers, and ensure clear governance and controls using benchmarking and analysis of workforce data to inform decision-making.

  • Respond to a wide range of complex queries whilst providing clear and transparent advice.

  • Assist the Head of Reward in delivering all aspects of the global reward strategy.

  • Any other duties as required.

    Experience in a similar role, operating as a Reward Specialist/Manager/Partner, etc.

  • Chartered member of CIPD membership or equivalent experience in specialist field area.

  • Experience of analytical job evaluation systems and methodologies in a complex, global organization.

  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.

  • Working knowledge of global mobility programs would be a distinct advantage.

  • Superb communication and relationship building skills.

  • Attention to detail, ability to analyse and translate data in an interactive way.
