Full Job Description

In this role you would be trained to assess liability for motor insurance incidents, dealing with settlements of third-party claims and recovery for Arriva.
What does the role involve?

  • Handling incidents/claims in line with the department's procedures, service level agreements and current case law

  • Processing of supplier invoices.

  • Completion of 90 days reviews on a monthly basis.

  • Reporting on weekly incoming and outstanding postal figures.

    Ideally previous experience within an insurance or claims environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • The ability to work to deadlines.

  • Strong IT Skills particularly with MS Office including Word, Outlook and Teams

  • Effective communicator.
