Within this role, you will research, plan, allocate and apply effective SEO and internet marketing strategies for a range of clients in a host of industries. The overall aim is to get them seen online and boost them into success in the digital world.

As a fast-growing business, you will wear many hats and will need fundamental SEO knowledge to be able to put your mind to any SEO task required.,

Building and managing client relationships to enhance the ability of the team to deliver outstanding results for the clients

Managing the strategy of your allocated SEO client accounts - creating a bespoke SEO and internet marketing strategy for each with both long-term and short-term marketing targets in mind

Developing site architecture for projects

Working with a team of other SEO & Web experts, where necessary managing a team to deliver effective campaigns for clients

Working with external companies to collaborate on campaigns to boost the companies overall online presence.

Researching and applying: Onsite SEO, Offsite SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Video SEO, Content Marketing and any other SEO best practices and emerging verticals

Carrying out SEO audits, delivering technical documentation for on-site recommendations

Utilising social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn to create strategies that align with business goals and drive business

Working with business development to devise effective SEO pitches to potential clients

Using Google Analytics and other analytical programs to deliver key campaign performance reports to clients on a monthly basis

Defining and managing PPC and Paid Media campaigns across all social and retargeting networks

Staying abreast of technology developments, current trends and techniques through independent research and networking

Developing inhouse training on SEO and associated technology

Developing own voice as a Solve trusted expert & contribute to sector thought leadership on behalf of Solve

Develop the Solve Technical Strategy alongside Chief Solver and other team leaders

Knowledge of basic web tech (HTML / CSS / JavaScript)

Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Excel

Proficient in use of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Content Snare, RankMath, Yoast, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console or similar), If you do not have SEO experience, what other skills do you have that you think would be transferable to this role?
