• Work closely with the class teacher to tailor lessons and activities to the child's needs.
• Support the child's emotional and academic development, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
• Foster positive relationships, encouraging the student's independence while offering guidance when needed.
  
  Relevant experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 support role.
• A passion for inclusive education and helping every child reach their full potential.
• Patience, empathy, and creativity in approaching learning challenges.
• Ability to work well with both children and the wider team.
